Natalie’s forte is business planning, operation, and management and she has over 12 years of experience providing executive support of CEOs, training activities, and marketing consulting services. She was a Regional Business Unit Director of international cooperation, in less than 2 years she led a team of 150 employees with a turnover rate less than 10%. Over the years, she cultivated more than 100 new young leaders. These experiences crystallized her deep passion and commitment to helping people evolve. Therefore, she realized that she wanted to become a professional coach herself!
